We are looking for below Profiles for Bhubaneshwar Location.

Walk-In Time :- 9:30 AM to 2 PM (Sunday Closed) .

Walk-In Venue : – Tech Mahindra Plot No. S, 1, Maitre Vihar Rd, Rail Vihar, Chandrasekhar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751023 – Land Mark – Behind Fortune Tower.

Salary : – INR 10,500/- to 14,500/- as per the experience

JOB Location Bhubaneshwar Only

Excellent Communication Skills in English and Willingness to work for 24/7 working environment is a must, which involves Night Shift.

 

Walk-In Interview directly at the venue for the Face to face Interview Only (No Virtual Interview ).

 

JOB Profile Education Qualification & Experience Required

E Commerce Customer Support :- BA / BCOM / BBA / BSC / BSC IT / BBM / BCA / BSC Agri / BHM MA / MCOM // MSC // Mass Communication MBA / PGDMOR – All & any PG’s are also eligible Experience :- Any BPO Experienced candidate can apply.

JOB Profile Education Qualification & Experience

E Commerce Technical Support :- BTech / BE /MCA / MTech / MSC IT / MBA-HR only MHM / Mass Communication Experience :- Any Voice Help Desk /Or any International BPO Experienced candidate can apply .

 

Shift timing – any 9 hours in 24 hours, rotational shift including Night Shift & 1 Week-off rotational.

Responsibilities

 

  • You need to handle E – Commerce Tech Support & Customers’ Technical Query and also need to Troubleshoot their Tech & non Tech Issues on call as well as on line .
  • He/She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then.
  • Must discuss every matter with its supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted • Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility. • Trouble-shooting & Customer support to premium clients over the phone (inbound)
  • Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues.
  • Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers. Required Skills
  • Excellent Oral Communication Skills in English.
  • Knowledge on Computers word & Excel .
  • Candidate should have Knowledge of OS .
  • Willingness to work for 24/7 working environment is a must, which involves (Mandate Night Shift ) Eligibility Criteria
  • Age : – 18 – 35 Years
