Job Responsibilities:-

• Deliver Workday projects and modifications to complement our existing Workday deployment,
• encompassing both functional and technical parts of the DevOps paradigm.
• Support workday operations such as incident management, bi-annual updates, tenant management, and
• maintenance activities. Carry out everyday chores with little to no supervision, using discretion and judgment.
• Contribute to the enhancement and refinement of requirements by collaborating with business, product
• owners, and technical leaders, as well as providing advice on the nature, scope, and complexity of solutions,
• while also working closely with third-party integrators.
• Create Workday functional solutions, Custom Reports, Workday Documents, and support Integrations with
• EIB, Core Connectors, BIRTs, and/or other techniques.
• Participate and contribute to configuration/code reviews.
• Diagnose, track, and manage quality concerns through resolution.

Skills Required:-

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or equivalent experience.
• Project-level familiarity with software development, database principles and data management (RDBMS), and SQL.
• Solid understanding of important HR system fundamentals. – Strong grasp of the interdependencies between
• multiple systems and downstream repercussions.
• Understanding of the integration framework, including SFTP, file encryption, middleware, web servers, multi-
• factor authentication, SSO/Auth Provider, SaaS, and version control systems.
• Must have a solid grasp of data integrity and privacy regulations.
• Ability to properly convey status and risk to the team and manager.
• Ability to diagnose an issue based on evidence and lead corrective actions. Uses rigorous reasoning to
• comprehend underlying issues and propose effective solutions without introducing complexity.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and prioritizes quality, data correctness, and system integrity.
