Job Responsibilities:-

You provide assistance for the hardware, cables, servers, networking devices, racks, and other components of DC (Data Center) infrastructure.
Comply with instructions and carry out standard maintenance tasks on hardware, operating systems, or replacement parts, such as rack installation, server maintenance, rack decommissioning, etc.
When replacing a media spare or a hardware component, adhere to a clearly defined SOP (Standard Operation Procedure).
You carry out comparable tasks as a member of a team. It is your responsibility to transfer tasks to coworkers when shifts alter.
You consider how serious the problem is and try to fix it within the specified SLA (Service Level Agreement).
You use a ticket tracking system to keep track of your efforts.
You’ll be responsible for some inventory management tasks, such as locating, obtaining, and utilizing hardware components.
You adhere to explicit physical safety procedures and information security regulations.
This job may involve working in confined places or at elevated locations while adhering to health and safety regulations. It also involves lifting and racking equipment weighing up to 18 kg. This position requires 24×7 shift rotation.

Skills Required:-

Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems.
