Job Responsibilities:-
- Primarily responsible for creating Material Masters for different material kinds in SAP.
- Coordinate with plants to complete Material Master, BOM, and Compliance operations in SAP.
- Analyze NX CAD drawings and models, and import Engineering/Universal Bill of Materials (BOM) into SAP.
- Collaborate with colleagues Data Stewards, Industrial Engineers, and stakeholders from Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Capabilities include planning, prioritizing, problem-solving, progress reporting, project execution, and fulfilling deadlines.
- ·Ensure quality and timely delivery of outputs, and make required process changes.
- Auditing SAP components for accurate material status and product compliance papers.
- Import data into SAP using LSMW, batch processing, VBA/Macros, etc.
Skills Required:-
Certifications in the SAP MM and PP modules.
·Strong engineering background.
- Excellent sketching and reading abilities.
- Knowledge with Teamcenter PLM software is preferred.
- Strong product knowledge (mechanical and electrical qualities).
- Demonstrates expertise in SAP Production Planning module, including routing, work centers, and product costing.
- Basic understanding of regulatory compliance regulations (REACH or RoHS directives) and various chemical compositions
- Basic understanding of MS-Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- VBA/Macro scripts will provide an edge.
- Python scripting expertise.
