Job description:
➤The performance Analysis team (within PP&I) is focused on empowering the leadership & business teams to make informed decisions by delivering deep dives into business metrics, periodic BURs, and specific dashboards for senior field leaders.
➤Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform thorough investigations into operational impacts.
➤Strong business writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and influence strategy.
➤Excellent Business acumen to be able to clearly connect the dots between what data
is showing vs where business is headed.
➤Capability of partnering with regional teams to drive innovation, best practices, and global synergies.
➤Excellent financial acumen, with solid quantitative skills and creativity in developing insightful analytics.
➤Capability to create a roadmap and bring clarity in ambiguous situations.
➤Hands-on knowledge of applications including SQL, Python & Tableau.
➤Good to have experience in Customer Relationship Management tools (One. Force).
➤Process documentations like; Standard Operating Procedure, and Process flows.
➤Driving ongoing process improvements to reduce cycle time, increase accuracy & improve transparency.
➤Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powe Point)
➤Highly organized & detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task

➤The candidate will be responsible to provide best-in-class analytics to facilitate well-informed and effective decision making
