Position Summary
Associate Analyst – Analytics & Reporting
The Team
The TS CVPM | DTTL People Analytics & Reporting team supporting Deloitte Global is expanding and has created a new role to support our workforce solutions & systems team within the DTTL People team. We are looking for an individual that is technical, curious, a self-starter, thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about workforce information like Open Roles, Filled Roles etc. This individual will work closely with other A&R team members, technology, business leaders and other People COE’s on a regular basis.
The Analytics & Reporting team is an integral part of the DTTL People Team and their mission is centered around providing actionable insights to clients across the organization and fostering a data-driven culture. The team consists of hybrid data analysts/business partners, working with our clients to offer fact-based recommendations by transforming people data into a digestible format, both visually and verbally.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
Required Skills:
0 – 1.8 years of relevant experience in data analytics and reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
Superior language proficiency in English
Strong tool knowledge and functionality understanding
Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge on Excel & Power point
