examinations assist clients in assessing reputational, regulatory, and jurisdictional risks.
Conducting research utilizing a range of additional web sources, including commercial registers and
corporate databases in several nations and languages.
Translating and summarizing information from several languages into short and precise English reports.
Combining the aforementioned talents to give timely and relevant reports to clients

Skills Required:-

Strong secondary research capabilities.
Basic accounting skills and comprehension of financial statements
Understand regulatory frameworks and business structures, including the breakdown of complicated
ownership arrangements, documents, and external research.
OFAC and unfavorable news screening databases such as LexisNexis, World Check, Dow Jones, and Google
News, as well as knowledge with business registers.
Capability to interpret and condense information from other languages into clear and precise English
