Primary Responsibilities
The successful candidate for the CTAG Teams’ Testing position will support the Institutional and Retail businesses, globally and partner with regional GFC teams to plan and execute monthly risk-based process quality testing on KYC (new client and refresh) and non-AML Regulatory programs and data and document management processes.

Responsibilities will include:
– Performing process testing checks and driving process improvements
– Reviewing customer databases (i.e., data checks on the core system of Morgan Stanley and review of the records of existing clients)
– Reviewing data and documentation to ensure they meet regulatory requirements
– Raising and escalating potential data testing, process or policy issues
– Providing status reports and escalating issues to management, as appropriate
