Job Responsibilities:-

Act as a liaison between corporate concerns and technological solutions.
Analyze, change, and eventually address business challenges with technology.
Work with internal customers to identify business needs and create solutions to address business, process, information, and system issues, upgrades, or changes.
Deliver business initiatives in accordance with sponsor needs and enterprise architecture.
Proactive development and deployment of upgraded services and platforms, which includes all functional
elements from service/product concept to build and deployment.
Identify and record operational gaps, including user manuals, templates, test cases, and relevant user training.
Assist with resolution of service-related concerns.
Adhere to and follow all required development and support processes.
Communicate

Excellent team player with a strong customer service attitude and well-developed administrative and organizational abilities.
Deep experience in certain systems, procedures, and technology that they will need to analyze.
