Responsibilities
- Playing an integral role in shaping the pod strategy, entailing the formulation of pivotal metrics. Concurrently, you will oversee trends in performance and, as dictated by these trends, drive appropriate interventions.
- Forging strong collaborations with business and product units to comprehensively comprehend the business challenges and subsequently transform them into well-constructed analytical problem statements.
- Taking charge of the entire insight generation phase, involving rigorous and exhaustive analyses aimed at delivering impartial responses to the designated problem statements.
- Transcending the role of a mere “Data specialist” by actively contributing personal insights on enhancing the critical metrics for the pod. We greatly value individuals who adopt a mindset akin to that of a business owner, and subsequently resort to data to substantiate or debunk their ideas.
- Serving as the subject matter expert on analytics and visualization for the team, ensuring the design and construction of dashboards are user-friendly for the pod’s consumption of requisite data.
