The job duties would involve:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n- Provide application support to Equities, Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income desks and other stakeholders in the areas of risk management and analytics.<\/li>\n
- Handle service requests via calls, email, chatrooms and ticketing systems<\/li>\n
- Provide Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Release Management support for all supported applications<\/li>\n
- Maintain application through releases, config changes, and generate MIS reports.<\/li>\n
- Provide periodic weekend coverage and on Public holidays to support application releases, ad-hoc tasks such as Disaster Recovery testing and other BAU requests.<\/li>\n
- Work with teams in multiple geographic locations and time zones; Attend calls and escalations; Prepare MIS reports; Drive process improvements and automation;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

<\/h2>\n<\/h2>\nStakeholders:<\/strong><\/h2>\nFront Office traders, Product Controllers, Market Risk & Scenarios teams, Platform owners, Analytics team, Middle-Office\/Back-Office teams, Front Office Tools team, and other Stakeholders<\/p>\n
<\/div>\n\n\n- Knowledge of financial products in any asset class is an advantage (Preferred asset class \u2013 Flow & Exotic Equity Derivatives, their valuation & risk profiles)<\/li>\n
- Good understanding of Trade life cycle<\/li>\n
- Knowledge of basic SQL queries is a must to dig and understand applications logs and exceptions and errors generated by the system<\/li>\n
- Knowledge \/ experience of ITIL tools is an advantage.<\/li>\n
- Understanding of different exchanges and its working.<\/li>\n
- Financial certifications like FRM \/ PRM \/ CFA preferred<\/li>\n
- Strong analytical & trouble shooting skills<\/li>\n
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and organizational skills required<\/li>\n
- Overall a 50:50 mix of IT and Finance skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
