Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Sales Manager. The primary responsibility is to generate revenue for the business unit by handling inbound sales inquiries on phone calls or chats.

This includes achieving quarterly targets and driving growth on critical products such as Adobe Sign, Substance, and Stock. Additionally, the Inbound Sales Manager must identify opportunities for upselling additional products. And also services to existing customers while maintaining exceptional service quality through CSAT.

The ideal candidate must be a quick learner. Passionate about inside sales. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills. And have a strong understanding of Adobe’s products and solutions. It is preferred that the candidate has experience in the North American sales and support process and possesses multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of IT sales and licensing, sales techniques such as BANT, sales funnel, and pipeline management. Finally, the Inbound Sales Manager must be willing to work in all Geos: NA, APAC, and EMEA, and have a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute for chat.
