Minimum qualifications:
- Graduation degree (Excluding BE, BTech, MCA)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of Fund Operations
- Data Management
Responsibilities
- Handling business and customer-related tasks
- Limited customer interaction under supervision
- Proficient in understanding domain processes, sub-process functions, and terminologies (e.g., SOPs, QC checklists)
- Responsible for the first-level processing of assigned transactions
- Complex issues and procedures are escalated to the Supervisor or Line Manager
- Comply with quality requirements and achieve targets and volumes within specified Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Adhere to mandatory industry regulations and compliance requirements for the assigned process
- Manage knowledge effectively, understand various document templates, and adhere to standards (e.g., SOPs) for interpreting documents and related terminologies
- Team management and people skills
- Ensure compliance with organizational hygiene and submission of timesheets, assimilation, and attendance
