Job Description:-
- Individual contribution towards achieving set revenue target
- Ensure quality profiles are delivered to the clients at a turnaround time
- Maintain proper records of the Candidate data management
- Maintain structured records / data of activities performed to draw insights and take corrective actions of the work done
- Ensure the set KPI targets are achieved Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly
- Update ATS tool daily/weekly
Qualification:-
- BE/B.Tech, BSc, BCom
- 2021/2022 passing out
- No active backlog
- 60% Above (10th, 12th/Diploma & Graduation)
- Good in communication.
- Proactive in approach.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in candidate relationship management
- Experience working for IT recruitment
