Key roles and responsibilities:
- Review and make decisions regarding the payment or denial of claims received.
- Supervise and ensure efficient warranty support for both pre- and post-contractual warranty administration and management, including managing terms and conditions of contracts and handling claims.
- Monitor and manage aging claims, regularly following up with end customers/clients to ensure prompt resolution.
- Identify the root cause of part failures and determine appropriate credit payments. • Possess a solid understanding of service bulletins.
- Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency, including turnaround time (TAT) and accuracy.
- Assist the IT team in enhancing the warranty portal.
- Foster positive customer relationships through conducting periodic reviews.
- Prepare weekly and quarterly reports on open/closed warranty claims, providing an overview of claim activities and identifying areas for process improvement to minimize delays.
- Conduct quality audits for the team.
- Take ownership of new initiatives and contribute to data analytics.
Knowledge, skills and attributes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the aviation industry.
- Strong analytical mindset, reasoning skills, and proactive work approach.
- Ability to work effectively within larger teams and under pressure.
