Job Description

What you get to do in this role:  

We have an open position for the role of “Service Engineer” and are looking for qualified candidates to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to provide technical guidance and support to our customers through commissioning, installation, and testing of our products and equipment.
The Service Engineer will be required to identify and correct complex issues during start-up, research and evaluate new products and equipment upgrades that align with customer needs, and develop lasting relationships with customers to secure future business. Additionally, the Service Engineer may be involved in troubleshooting implementation problems and/or training customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased.
To qualify for this role, candidates should have a Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering, and prior experience is not mandatory. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to impart training and knowledge to internal and external customers, collaborate and cooperate with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
