Job Description
- Create and maintain analytical reports and dashboards to gain in-depth insights into the performance of the FASTAG funnel, user journeys, and campaigns.
- Implement test-and-learn methodologies to understand user behavior and identify growth opportunities. Optimize growth campaigns and provide comprehensive test results for informed decision-making.
- Possess a profound understanding of Paytm’s extensive data resources and the ability to choose the most relevant ones for specific analytical challenges.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making both within the team and when communicating with business and product owners.
- Identify data requirements and lead projects to improve data quality.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL/Hive and possess deep expertise in constructing scalable business reporting solutions.
- Leverage past experience to optimize business strategies, products, or processes through data and analytics.
- Have a working knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Scala, Java, or Python.
- Familiarity with dashboard visualization and Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, coupled with the ability to execute cross-functional initiatives.

- Promote and facilitate the use of shared services to expedite development and execution.
- Exhibit smart thinking and communicate clearly.
