Job Description:

 

 

➤Design & create high-quality visual design for online training (presentation templates, illustrations, animations) andd UX design (prototypes, design systems, style guides)

➤Collaborate with faculty to understand the content & come up with ways to tell the story in a visually interesting way.

➤Create marketing communication materials for digital media to promote training programs.

➤Design icons and create a visual language.

➤Create visual design & motion graphics for video.

 

 

Qualification:

 

 

➤Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design

➤Must have a portfolio that demonstrates academic & professional work in Graphic Design.

 

 

 

 

 

Art & Design skills

 

➤Excellence in using software like Photoshop, Illustrator & Sketch or equivalent.

➤Must have good visualization skills, & a flair for creative thinking.

➤A keen eye for creativity & attention to detail.

 

 

Soft skills

 

➤self-starting, able to prioritize & manage workload & meet critical project deadlines.

➤Excellent communication skills.

➤Be proactive & have the drive & ability to handle projects in an individual capacity as well as while being a part of a global team.

➤Should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment & successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
